The s-BPU, battery control Unit combines the s-BMS with the battery disconnect functions and current measurement sensors.
The s-BPU comes in 3 main sizes; 24, 48 and 80 V, ideal for replacing conventional LA batteries in material handling applications.
The s-BPU also comes in different current ratings; 200, 300, 500 and 800 amperes for optimal current sensing and battery disconnect.
Like the s-BMS, the s-BPU can be configured through the licensed s-BMS PRO software, enables the battery integrator to create a unique battery design and tailor it specifically for their needs.
The s-BMS PRO software enables the battery designer to set up the BMS configuration for their specific application and selected battery chemistry. See how it works here.
Service software
The s-BMS SERVICE software enables the after-sales service for the battery in a safe way, by providing a read-only access to users. Options for making changes in the configuration are disabled.
USB/RS232
For both the s-BMS SERVICE and the s-BMS PRO software, an adapter is required for connecting from the BMS to the PC. The USB/RS232 adapter is optimized for s-BMS PRO/SERVICE.
LiTHIUM BALANCE offers a range of cost-efficient cells. These products were proven on the market for over 10 years, can be managed by our BMS, and come with the possibility of extended warranty.
In order to ensure the smooth integration of the s-BPU into the system, we offer application support. In the software license 5 hours of free support is included. Application support beyond that is offered on an hourly basis.
Training
For a comprehensive introduction about the possibilities of our s-BPU, Li-ion technology, and battery integration, LiTHIUM BALANCE offers training tailored specifically to your needs.
Remote surveillance
For our s-BPU, a modem-based surveillance system can be connected to the s-BMS via CAN. The data is stored on a secure server and can be accessed from anywhere.
